MY LEARNING STYLE: VISUAL/TACTILE

After taking both of these tests on my personal learning style, I found it interesting that I received the same results for both tests.

My dominant learning style is that I am a visual/tactile learner. As a visual learner, I learn by reading or seeing pictures. I tend to understand and remember things by sight.

Based on my study habits, I do agree with both assessments. When I study for tests, I create a study guide and I constantly read over my study guide until I fully remember the concepts. I make everything become engrained in my head.
For example, when I was enrolled in Chemistry, there were a lot of diagrams and molecules that we had to know for the exam and I would look at these diagrams and molecules until I remembered each one. I would draw them out as well.

Reflecting on my study habits, I know that this method of studying has helped me in tremendous ways and I should utilize these skills in all aspects of my life. I need to draw out my plans and goals to look at everyday.
